There was a small local store near me in New Hampshire. There are not many stores in the area that sell clothing. And scarves.

I needed a reason to buy a piece of clothing. But scarves? I was always looking.

A scarf to finish an outfit. A scarf to keep out a chill. A scarf to complement my face. A scarf – just because!

Looking for those colors. Or something unusual. Like delight…

I was thinking of this when I created these scarves from my hand-dyed original silk art.
