These are the woods after the latest snow – ice – rain – wind storm. Ouch! The walking is difficult to say it mildly. I just got these really good crampons and THANK GOODNESS! I could walk on a piece of glass with these, it seems. Underfoot it’s glass that at one step might break through and the next might not. Randomly. And it’s often a shelf of ice larger than your foot that breaks at a slant to let you through: lots of angles happening for your ankles..
As you might guess, Peaches and I have the woods to ourselves. And the howling wind. Who else would want to be out?
Well… not the same woods.
Not the same snow. But PLENTY of it.
Who’s that?

Artemis peaking through his snow tunnel in Toronto.
“Hi Artemis!”

They all want to see, of course. (It’s another card design. In the works)

“I’m waiting…” (Peaches)
